Hi everyone, these are some of the upcoming mindfulness courses we are running. Please note , we ask everyone attending courses to be there 10 minutes early for the first class. This gives time for administration and the handing out of course packs. If you would like , wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water . The majority of meditations are done sitting down on seats. Places are limited on all courses, so please book online early to avoid disappointment.
