6-Week Evening Mindfulness & Meditation Course.  The location is the Orchard Wellness Centre in Ennis.

Starting Friday the 5th of April.

7pm - 8:30pm , every Friday for 6 weeks straight.

Each Participant will receive a meditation CD (digital copy).

PLUS A FREE 'VIDEO' MINDFULNESS COURSE WORTH €99, which is a professionally recorded 7 hours of mindfulness and meditation training. Normally priced at €99. This is free when you sign up for this course.

The course covers mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR),

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT),

Mindfulness-based compassionate living (MBCL),

and Positive Psychology.

You will learn to.
