One to One Mindfulness

One to One Mindfulness.

This is tailor made mindfulness training.

Please note that there are also phone conversations between the sessions, home practices , and exercises.

Each 2 hour session is €160.

The location for one to ones are in the Orchard Wellness Centre in Ennis.
