mindfulness courses – part 1, 5 week foundation course – part 2, is the ‘follow on’ 5 week mindfulness course
This course is a blend of mindfulness based stress reduction,
Mindfulness based cognitive therapy and positive psychology.

Over the 5 weeks, you will learn everything you need to start your own mindfulness practice. Following on from this course is the 5 week mindfulness course part 2. This builds on from the foundation course. You don’t have to have part 1 done to participant in this course, but it helps if you have a regular mindfulness/meditation practice.
